Fees
For psychotherapy sessions, my fee is £70 for a 50-minute session, usually on a weekly basis.
For EFT, Matrix Reimprinting & Meta-Health sessions, my fee is £105 for a 75-minute session.

Fees are payable by cash, cheque or online bank payment.
Please note:
- I work with adults (18 years old and over), on a short-term or long-term basis. I do not presently work with children, adolescents or couples.
- I respectfully ask that you give me at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel a session as I usually charge for late cancellations.
- I'm afraid I don't have any reduced fee appointments available.
Location
My practice is located in St Albans, Hertfordshire. It is a 15-20 minute walk from St Albans City train station.
Free street parking is available outside the hours of 11am - 1pm. Within this 2-hour time window you are welcome to park on the driveway.
St Albans is a 20-minute train journey from London St Pancras and is easily accessible by car from North and North-West London and the surrounding areas of Hertfordshire e.g. Berkhamsted, Harpenden, Hatfield, Hemel Hempstead, Radlett, Watford, Welwyn Garden City and Wheathampstead.
